-You can return any item for a refund within 7 days of receiving it. Note that this excludes sale and Pre-Loved products.
-We ask that items are in their original condition with tags intact
-Please be careful when trying on your new items. We cannot accept items that are marked/scented with tans, sprays, makeup or creams.
-If the product to be returned is incorrect (deployed, damaged), kiel-streets.de is not obliged to refund the full price of the product.
-You can return your product / products without expense by using the mail customer return.
Attach the exchange / return form you received with the order, filled in to the shipment.
-All products to be returned by order must be returned as a single return.
If the customer makes several consecutive returns for one order, we will charge extra
return shipping costs from the customer in full.
-Please note that if the final amount of the final order is after a possible customer refund
is less than 14.90 euros, we always charge a small delivery fee of 4.90 euros in accordance with our delivery terms upon refund.
-If the return is substantially delayed by the return period of 7 days, the customer loses the right to free customer return, and the online store is not obliged to accept the customer refund.
The online shop has the right to charge the customer for the full refund of the return and handling costs caused by the delayed return, at least EUR 9.90
DELIVERY METHODS
Detailed prices for deliveries and related services can be found on the shipping method tab when placing an order. We deliver thousands of shipments daily from the main warehouse in Helsinki through Posti and Matkahuolto. All broadcasts go directly to us from the sorting center and are subject to barcode tracking. The Post Tracking System enables the customer to check the location of the shipment at any time. We will automatically notify you by SMS and email when the shipment has left and we will also tell you the Post or Matkahuolto tracking code.
PLEASE NOTE
- Posti keeps shipments for 7 days.
- You will receive a text message and an email when the order is processed or retrievable from the warehouse.
- Postal Service Number for Individuals xxxxxxxxxxx (date, mpm) or for companies xxxxxxxxxxx (day, mpm).
- The following methods of payment are accepted for postal deliveries that have been selected for postage: bank card, Visa Electron, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners credit cards.
- Posti or Matkahuolto monitoring is not available for letter mail.
PICK UP
Orders that can be found immediately can be picked up 15 min after placing the order at unioninkatu 21, La Matta store. The retrieval notice is sent via SMS and email when the order is available for pick-up.
POSTI HOME DELIVERY
The order will be delivered to the customer until the next working day after the order processing date, at a time agreed between 9 am and 11 am. Ordering the installation service for home delivery may extend the delivery time by 1-2 days.
The customer will be called and agreed on the delivery time for the ordered products. Transmissions are delivered to the recipients on weekdays. In major cities, distribution is possible until 21:00. In other areas, shipments will be delivered by 14:00.
Payment Methods Online Payment, Cash on Delivery or Visa, Mastercard or American Express Payment Cards online.
If the recipient is not reached after two call attempts, a callback card is sent to him to agree on the time of delivery. The package will be stored on the week of arrival in the mail for one week and the transport unit will arrive at the week of arrival and one full calendar week after which the shipment will be returned to the sender.
